Becky’s Balloon Animals has made amazing balloon creations for numerous birthday parties and festivals in the DC Metro area since 1996.
Children can see the different designs and choose their favorite items from a “menu” of balloon options.
Fees: An hour is $200; an hour and a half is $235; two or more hours is $130 per hour.
